Base Dual Wield you have to dual wield using weapons labeled as light. You also only benefit from attack bonuses with offhand for your attributes, but not damage. So it does much less damage. Dual wield builds arent really considered bad, but they are more often than not, less optimal than two handers, feat dependant, stat hungry and gear dependant where other builds usually work better with less. Encountered a bug with the Dual Wielder feat not adding the +1 AC. Tried with two light weapons, a light weapon and one not light weapon and too non light weapons. None of these add the +1 AC bonus. Additionally, not sure if it is intended or not, but the off hand attack is not adding my str or dex (when using a finesse weapon) to hit.
