Just comparing the guns next to each other here are my findings on the CS vs my modded Bul. Same optic, almost same light. Size wise they are very very close. I think the Bul conceals ever so slightly better because of the beaver tail and very small difference in grip length.
I've 828 rounds through the S15. It carries a bit better than the SAS II UL, since the grip is thin. The SAS II UL is lighter, though, and it's trigger is $$$! I shoot both very well. It all depends on what you want. If you want a range gun, the Tac 2 is great. But it's steel frame gun and is heavy. BUL SAS UL 2 is the lightest option for carry and the cheapest, but the grip is pretty chonky and it seems hit or miss who shoots it well. If you like a glock or full size 2011 grip you'll be fine.
