You should be able to see the free atms on the dasher direct app. I know here it's Walgreens and cvs that are free. I've never been charged an atm fee from any of those. Reply. If I go to a store that doesn't take the chip and can swipe right away I can take cash out. Venmo wont let me take cash out on ATMs that use the chip either.
