From what people have shared lately, it seems that the processing time is around 12 months total for the I-130. I see more and more people that filed in May/June 2022 getting approved (but not me, ha ha). So if you filed in December, I think that another 6 months is pretty accurate. The "actively reviewed" status on your case is most likely bs.
