But if someone is looking for best practice, I always recommend AAMC material because it's critical to understand the AAMC writers' reasoning process to do well on real deal.

I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.
