Definitely be picky with the objectives and ghost room. Get the smudge/escape, photo, emf, candle, motion sensor objectives. Anything else, reroll. If the ghost doesn't consistently hunt near (enough to hear) the chapel, reroll. Also a stopwatch would help track the timings.
