With an FX8350, I think probably not. Make sure multi-core recompiler is enabled. Vulkan enabled with async compile as well under Debug tab --> experimental. What we did earlier is making BotW in-game follow the SD Button Layout. You can remap the controller layout to your liking (i.e. Use B button as cancel and A button as confirm) in Steam - Controller Settings (just press the physical Steam button) while running the game in Gaming Mode. For the jump button, you can swap it in-game BotW settings.

I think you can just put the settings xml file on paste bin. I haven't done anything special really. I just downloaded the botw graphics pack, ramped everything up to ultra. Chose the 60fps++ option with seafrosts graphics option. Then in nvidia control panel lock the fps to 60 for cemu.
