Love the car so far, but the 2022 entertainment system is causing me headaches… New FireTV system combined with the fact they removed DVD player from the Limited trim basically limits entertainment option to streaming, which here in Canada is prohibitively expensive.Open the hood of the vehicle. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the terminal with a socket wrench. Make sure the cable is not touching the battery or terminal. Disconnect the positive terminal. Do not let it touch the terminal. Let the car sit for 3-5 minutes. Connect the cables to the battery again.Go to Vehicles -> Settings. Scroll down through the list until you find Information or something like that. Then you can check the top option, System version info, I think, to see the Uconnect build #. Got a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid with the rear headrest DVD setups. I got a box with 2 headphones and 2 remotes from the dealer. The two remotes paired with no issues. Neither pair of headphones work. I'm playing something from the front USB and when I turn on either headphone, the red light comes on and blinks but I don't hear anything.

You just need to unplug 3 fuses in the fuse box, then plug them back in. See link for the YouTube video below showing the fuses that you need to unplug.
