As many others who have taken the NGN have mentioned, NCLEX questions are extremely vague in comparison to some study materials out there, particularly UWorld. Speaking of UWorld, I used about 70% of the QBank with varying practice test scores between 40-70%.

I just took mine early this month too. I read the bad pop up isnt 100% fail proof. I honestly thought i had failed because i believed the questions were below average level.
