Also! Dwarf assigned to a zone as a "Doctoring" is an universal medic. He will do every medical task in this zone. So you dont need dedicated Suturer, Bone doctor, Diagnostian. And Orderlies is a medical labor. Assign it only on your Med dwarfs, so no random unskilled miner will try to heal your dwarfs.
