The model of the t2 harvester seems to have a tiny gap in the middle and it seems to influence the dirt chunks when falling in it may fall through the grinding part and land on the funnel looking bottom. Sounds like the dirt you're trying to feed the harvester is too tough. Maybe you're giving it the wrong tier of dirt? T1 Harvester can only process T1 dirt. T2 Harvester can process T1 and T2 dirt.
