Like, in any situation it could be useful you'd be better off just spamming charged heavies with Ghiza's Wheel, because they're very strong. The charged heavies not only cause more damage, but also apply as much bleed as the AoW while having better poise damage and hyperarmor.While the moveset is standard, I do like the range and damage of this weapon. it's got good roll catching on the sweep and great synergy between the initial and follow-up r2 if you land the first r2 which I don't often see on r2s and worth noting.
