Is uworld mcat harder than aamc.
It seems most feel otherwise but holy shit are the AAMC questions harder than uearth. I was scoring ~85% B/B, 98% CARS, 85% P/S, and 70% C/P on uearth for 3 months and was expecting an easy transition to AAMC content since all I heard was how much easier it is, but all my scores are much much lower.

A 506 on TPR can translate to anywhere from a 496-526 on the real thing. That's actually a really good score to get for your first TPR FL. Don't worry about it. TPR tests are good for certain things like content review, pacing practice, practice reading difficult material, etc, but they are nothing like the actual test.
Those r pretty decent scores for uworld (which i feel is just a wee bit harder than aamc), but like the other commenter said, reviewing is the most important part. Getting a question wrong is ok, but u gotta make sure if aaamc throws a question like that at u that u won’t get it wrong again. Gl to u!

the bp exams are not great predictors. 1-5 in my experience were def harder than the actual exam and harder than even the AAMC practice material. but they are ~ok~. i cant give you an exact number for how deflated this score is, but you can expect to do a little better on the actual MCAT that whatever you get on these exams.It honestly depends. I thought the Sample was horribly difficult and FL3 was way too inflated. I think FL2 was the most accurate. Sample: 512 FL1: 512 FL2: 516 FL3: 522 Actual: 517. People say Sample is easier than FL1 but I found FL1 easier than sample... especially the B/B section. 3 = hardest.

Use Uworld to hone in on your weak topics and don’t focus on the % right or wrong, just focus on understanding the material & developing techniques for attacking questions on topics you know nothing about. It is harder in the scope of questions it asks (aka content). That’s really good- in my opinion UWorld passages are on the harder end of passages you might see. If the average AAMC passage is a 5/10, UWorld (for me) is a 7/10, and Picasso is a 10/10. I was scoring 129-131 in CARS (85-90% on QPacks) and got an 80% overall on UWorld. 5.
So Biochem depth is UWorld>AAMC>KA. If you cover UWorld, I think you'll be good for biochem content. However, for style of questions, AAMC content is much more representative.
