June 9, 2023 ·. I love working out at the Crunch fitness in Farmington Hills location! I've taken several different classes, but my favorite instructor is Kayla. Her HIIT and Ride classes have made me stronger and I feel healthier. She is energetic, motivating and is highly educated in nutrition.
