For example, to unlock Nick Fury, you need a full squad of Kree Minions. Even though Captain Marvel, Ronan The Accuser and Minn Erva are Kree, they aren't minions and therefore can't be used.

If you don't have doc oc, they aren't really worth using. I personally prefer Rhino, Vulture, Doc Ock, Electro and Swarm.Knowhere is the most time sensitive team to build since they will be the best option for the Black Cat trials which are coming very soon. Big Time Spidey and the Infestation team seem pretty good to me but they are primarily a war defense team and probably aren't a go-to team anywhere else so I'd skip them unless you have extra resources.
Stressing this more. Don't ever put Doom on defense with F4. It makes the team WORSE in that a team that used to be able to beat a below average war team like Symbiotes will now get rolled by Symbiotes. Doom can also go on offense and just beat most defenses by himself.
