No start, has spark and fuel. Hello folks. I am new the forum and need some help. I bought a 2006 500 carb ranger. It all of the sudden stopped running while my father in law was driving it. It ran fine before. It cranks over fine, has compression, has spark. I pulled off the fuel line to carb and turned it over and plenty of fuel supply.

Start with a new spark plug, replace fuel, test your spark plug cap wire and coil. then you would need to test your stator and voltage regulator. Yes, I have service manual. Spark is great when it runs, has no spark when it dont. When it sputters you can see it loses spark and regains spark with inline spark tester.
