Honda accord whining noise when accelerating.
I have never heard this noise in our Accord, Odyssey or in our POS Nissan econoboxes. To replicate this issue, I had to drive it to 45 MPH with lightly accelerating (not WOT), and the symptom will start to occur. I came multiple times today on the trip. I don't have a stock radio, I'm running an Alpine CDA-105 headunit along with 4 focal access speakers run off of a JL Audio XD/400 amp, and have a jl 12w7 subwoofer run off of a Boston Acoustics GTA 1000m mono amp. I have a very high pitched whine on my EX-L 1.5 when accelerating only. I can hear it under 40 MPH. Pretty sure it’s not wind related. The best way to describe it is that it sounds like the whine you would hear from plane engines.
