Anyway, I did follow carburetor rebuilt instructions and videos. I checked the fuel-in line and it sounds like metal. I'm trying to ensure I installed the choke shaft and spring and throttle correctly. The choke revs slower when pulled out and revs faster when pushed all the way in.

Shut the tractor off and checked the hydraulic oil level. Not a drop of oil on the dip stick. I ran it right out of oil. Shut her down for the night.
