If the zip file contains a folder for the skin, it's easier to drag the folder into your skin folder. Like sheela901 said, you can change the extension from .zip to .osk (because .osk are actually like a .zip), or you can open the .zi, extract it on a folder and then move the folder to "Skins". I don't see a link to a skin anywhere in the description.. Anyway if its an .osk file, open it with osu! or drag it to the osu! window. If it's in RAR format, just copy the folder onto your osu!/Skin folder.
