It seems like every time I see a mid-2010s Elantra or Sonata, at least one brake light is out. Sure other cars will have the occasional light out but Hyundai has to have a design flaw or something. Oleg_S. Most likely it happen because of Traction Control Unit temporarily lost signal or got incorrect signal from one of wheel sensors. You can check wire harness and connectors for wheel speed sensors, then check sensors itself for any damages.
