Feb 21, 2015 · At my latest ultrasound the technician found the gestational sac and a large yolk sac, both measuring about 7 weeks 4 days, and a fetal pole measuring just about a week behind at roughly 6 weeks 4 days. Unfortunately, the ultrasound technician was unable to detect a heart beat.... I should probably mention that I had a transvaginal ultrasound.
