Mate, anything is a good idea, just try it. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad idea. If you have high arcane, it isn't bad. There are better options though. Imo, yes. The primary strength of Eleonora’s is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it’s kind of clunky), so there isn’t a lot of benefit to running a second.
Godskin Peeler is seen as a really solid bleed weapon in general, and sometimes used in seppuku builds. Godskin peeler is really good. Lvl it up. +15 shit wrecks. I’m duel wielding both the peeler and the pole blade at max upgrades, it’s very nice if you equip the peeler with a blood related ash. I just got a second peeler tonight and I'm really liking power stance with it.

Poise isn’t that high, they’re light weapons with low poise damage. The crouch L1 is good too for bleed proc. Weapons that rely on bleed have awful poise damage.
