KA videos are gold standard imo. I felt the 300pg doc didn't go into adequate detail in some areas. Apparently that's herasy to say though. Did Anki, 300 page doc, 86 page doc and there were still words on P/S I hadn't seen before. I know the MileDown anki deck is often used along with these docs, but I am looking for an anki deck made only from the 300 page doc. I would avoid the Kaplan PS book, from my experience you are better off studying from KA (300pg doc, videos), UWorld (answer explanations are key), and AAMC official material. I would also recommend the MileDown review sheets available on this subreddit as they are a good resource for concise review.
