Check all you seams looking for cracks etc. Dicor makes a lap sealant that works pretty good but do your own research and see what works for you. JJMonaco. This morning after a week at a campground here in Asheville, NC, when I started bringing in my living room slide it stopped in the middle of the operation. When pushing the switch either in or out, I could hear the solenoid clicking. I checked the connections on the solenoid, cleaned them and retightened.Posted December 12, 2021. I am fairly new to this but have a question. I have a 2002 Monaco Diplomat, the air dump switch only seems to work with the ignition in the on position. That being said when I operate the switch the air purges very slowly. In other words you would have to hold down the switch for 10 min to completely dump the system.If the system is designed for AGM then AGM should be the replacement (like the Mini). And AGM has lower internal resistance, meaning more cranking power. For a diesel that sounds great. So maybe I wouldn't be happier with flooded cell for chassis batteries. In the files, I just posted an article that should help explain the system and why Monaco converted from conventional wiring to a multiplex system as had manufacturers of most cars... I got my replacements for my 02 Cayman $229 for both left and right. You might want to call and see if they have yours. Got mine at headlightsdepot.com on eBay. Tight fit, but they worked. Pic shows the before and after. Night and Day difference. Also, eBay has them at a great price. $94.00 four piece set.
