Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear.
The part cost $65. 1hr labor to install, $120. They are easy to repalce, but the mech there cautioned me that it has an adjustable mount and has to be adjusted correctly to operate properly. If you have a little time, I think you could repalce it yourself pretty easily, if that's the problem.

If you were stuck in 4th gear full time (even from a stop, which makes it feel really sluggish), then it is likely an electrical problem (wiring or a bad sensor).
