This subreddit is devoted to the lovable idiots who do hilarious, idiot things in their idiot cars (or trucks, motorcycles, tractors, or other vehicle). We honor them with gifs, videos, images, and laughter. We refer to auto enthusiasts as “car guys”. F1 races have lgrid girls”. Auto shows pose beautiful young women next to cars. Nothing is super bad. The people doing these things don’t intend any malice, but its unwelcoming. If we want to share our hobby with women we should probably stop treating them as props.For real. The amount of times I've seen posts and comments on r/fuckcars saying cars make perfect sense in rural areas and showing ideal street designs that still have lane dedicated to cars is unignorable. They just say we are making it black and white so they have an excuse to completely ignore it and deny it.
