I have only asked for my due date to be on the 3rd of each month rather than on the 28th. When I pay my bill at the beginning of the month and again at the end, I still get a late chage. I feel like I am locked in the middle of statements. I need the ending date to be on the 3rd of each month and willing to pay for the extra week to bridge the gap.
