First time posting here. I spent some time searching for an island seed for 0.16, and I think I lucked out. This seed has all the goodies... big iron, copper deposits, convenient stone and coil, oil, and even uranium. All the things you need to gestate and then chest burst out into the world like a xenomorph.After stumbling upon Nefrums' speedrun guide, I got interested in watching his currently best Any% run.It's just amazing! The guide allows me to easily follow most of the run and I even spotted and understood several differences compared to the guide, including some clever stuff involving the first few smelting lines and very bot-friendly designs.

My advice is to set the generator settings to this: very big and frequent water, normal-big starting area. If it doesn't give you a peninsula, you still will have something with decent choke points. Tried that for like 30min, kept getting terrible starts so dug through this sub bit and im content with this.
