The issue has existed since we purchased it in 2020. Description of issue: When ambient temps go below about 55F, the driver's side sliding door fails to fully latch. Watching live data on a diagnostic app, the half latch switch engages as expected but the ratchet switch never engages nor does the full latch switch.To open the door with the handle from either inside or out you have to pull the lever and apply force. Once it has moved out a little it will power the rest of the way open on its own. A gentle pull on the handle with yield the same beeps the remote or dash button produce. aaronm. Disconnect where the opening/closing cables attach do the door. Then it'll slide freely. Then you can decide whether you want to remove the whole motor or leave it in there. I'd disconnect the power to it so it doesn't beep at times. Not sure what you'll want to do with the cables if you leave the motor in.
