On the 2 MG pen the clicker goes to 2 mg but if you only go up 37 clicks that equals 1 MG. The problem is there are only 4 needles included and the 2 mg pen has 8 mg total (so 8 doses if you’re only doing 1 mg injections) which means you would have to re-use a needle (wipe with alcohol wipe) or get additional needles from doctor! The 2mg pen doesn't have a halfway point for 1mg like the 1mg has for .50mg. I've had the 2mg pen since beginning of May. I went ahead and counted clicks as there was no info available and from 0 to the 2mg mark is 74 clicks.
