Yeah, you get there with the teleport pad that's made with an ender pearl and 4 Allthemodium nuggets. If you need Allthemodium, trade with piglins. it might take a heaty chunk of gold, but it's definitly easy. Get the mining gadget, upgrade it with 3x3 and everything else. Now just go to a walk at whatever level you like.
