I take attack speed, armor and adaptive force on the small runes. For items, I like can recommend Riftmaker or Nightharvester if you want to go full AP.

Nashor's is just the go-to item at the moment to win against this Botrk meta. It's really the only thing that helps you out against right-clicking champions, and the only way Morde can get 20% CDR on an item. It's even being consistently built in pro play on Morde. I wouldnt say it's mandatory, but I'm seeing myself build it almost every game.
