From what I've heard and read, it's not necessarily a scam but not really worth spending the $95 membership fee on either. Wouldn’t call it a scam, but more of a cash grab unless you really need something on your resume. It’s not worth it. I did it sophomore year.

You pay $90 to people in an office complex in Hoboken, New Jersey in exchange for a packet during a 3-hour leadership training day where you watch a YouTube video. HORRIBLE.
