The only workaround I found so far is to download LSlib, extract the mod in question, remove every file except the "meta.lsx" file, then repack and replace the old mod with this now empty mod. BasketEquipment mods and ModularEquipment mod seem to work, and the save loaded even if it gave that warning about disabled mods on the Tutorial chest summoning mod. Might be worth a try to rename or delete the 'BG3ScriptExtender' folder inside your Local AppData folder (eg. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local). This will regenerate the folder when the game is launched and download the latest version. I don't know why it happens but the download/update seems to fail sometimes.
