A bit of an update, with some freshened data. I spent an hour or so with tech support yesterday, climbed the ladder, reset the camera (removed the battery, reset the camera, which removed it from the app, re-added the camera). That was at around 1 PM. Pulled the battery, gave it a fresh charge (for 5 hours), reinstalled the battery.I have been having issues with my outdoor camera since i got it three months ago.
