Skyburber's has +10 AA and +39 handling compared to Jade. It has 50 stability, which is more than enough for a 150 scout. Stability feels different on scouts than it does in hand cannons. IMO skyburner's stats are better, but it's hip fire suffers in PvP. edit: Skyburner also has explosive rounds.
