I got the annual billing (around £20 a month) and because I haven't used the service for 2 months I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Even though I haven't used ANY of the assets available, they still didn't want to give me a refund and wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. You refunded my money -£5 with no explanation. Left out of pocket for a month with no item, no option to be sent a replacement and no refund until the clearly damaged item was returned and inspected. Shocking policies and service!
