I believe that the 25% of scores is a 1410. A lot of T20 schools are very vague with their application standards. Honestly if you are within the 25%-75% there is no reason why they should not consider you and at that point it becomes a total flip of the coin.
You probably need stellar SAT and extracurriculars plus upward trend and hard classes. I’m talking getting A’s in AP classes. If you can afford it, study and retake. I thought my gpa was iffy and I had a 3.62 unweighted, ~3.9 weighted. I have lab experience and lots of awards in my resume, plus a similar sat score.
