850 should be fine with the AMD build especially one of that quality. I'd personally rather a high quality 850 for an overpowered build than a mediocre 1000w. BUT it's your decision. That said the 5800x3d is the best CPU and the 6950xt is the best GPU (both for gaming) so I would go AMD. Reply reply.
