Seems like the power outage would put all the exams taken in 'hold' status and that is the message you got, not a 'good pop up'. I have heard of people getting good pop-up and fail and people that got the bad pop-up and passed. The issue is if the payment system accepts your payment and you passed you initial test, you have to get Pearson Vue to refund your payment (if they will). PVT is accurate as flipping a coin, heads you passed/ tails you failed.
