Gmc acadia shudder when accelerating.
I have had "bad" engine mounts. Only (x1) actually "breaks". (Driver-side) The front and the passenger side can leak when they go bad. The front can cause a 'clunk', not a shudder. I have had transmission shudder after warm and moderate to heavy acceleration. Was due to a transmission o-ring giving up leading to transmission replacement.

If it was power steering, most likely the noise would be more noticeable during a very low speed turn. I have taken it to my mechanic once and he changed 6 spark plugs and #3 coil. We picked it about a week ago and it still had the issue going on.
