Feb 19, 2013 #1. Hi. I have lump under my lower left rib that pops out whenever I do an awkward bend or turn. It pops out for a couple minutes, then shifts/drops back into place. You can see it only when it pops out. Its been a year and has randomly popped out about five/six times. My primary doctor ordered an ultra sound, which came back normal.
