I was sent an email saying I was eligible to have my acceptance reset. I filled out the survey they sent and confirmed I wanted my acceptance reset. They said it would go through once I accepted or declined an order, but I've been dashing all day and it still hasn't gone through.

It's the ONLY thing that matters to DD. You can be a 10 yr dasher with 200k deliveres and a 5 star customer rating , arrival and completion rating. And DD will throw you at the bottom of the barrel for not accepting slave $2 orders. Acceptance rating is the ONLY reason I quit doordash. They have gotten way too controllingI just got the offer. I am reading the terms. It states that your AR goes straight to 0% if you decline your first offer of a dash under the reset. If you accept your first order however, it goes to 100%.
