Just roll it, int builds need a good weapon as they don't get much early game. It's busted, the damage it deals and how fast it is for only 20 FP, all other sorcery is downright useless not to mention slow. With moonveil even if you run out of FP you're still in the game because you can powerstance it with another katana that does bleed. Oh yeah, haven't mentioned bleed.
