1. Re: Good pubs. This hotel is well away from Torremolinos Centre. It's in the Los Alamos area right opposite the beach. Lots of beach bars and chiringuitos in this area. Some of the beach bars open till early morning with music. Bus to Torremolinos outside hotel or Los Alamos train station is a few minutes walk away. OK I am going to suggest exploring the Los Boliches area of Fuengirola. Assuming you will be on the M120 I suggest getting of at the stop Rotonda del 600 2426, this is just past the roundabout with a 'grass' covered Fiat 600 in the middle of it.This mist occurs in Torrox and Nerja quite frequently, sometimes it disappears in an hour or so, sometimes it hangs about most of the day. I'm no weather expert but it has something to do with - warm air, cold sea or something like that. If going to Fuengirola (the forum you used), the train is cheap, reliable and frequent although not ideal if you have a lot of luggage.
