The higher than 60fps code seems to allow way above 60fps if the emulator is overclocked enough. There might be some issues with the game speed slowing down from using this code. Later I raised the resolution (to 1080p) and anti-aliasing (to 2x SSAA) for all games, forgot about it, and went back to twilight princess. I noticed the game (obviously) looked much better, and I still had 30fps.
