Verizon incoming calls not working.
Nov 2, 2011 · All batteries are charged; landline connected; no problem with outgoing calls; handsets are fine. However, when I have an incoming call, the phone rings only once and then there is a disconnect. I have tested this repeatedly, calling from my cell phone, and others have reported this response when calling my number. Very puzzling.
