dmfan897. July 2012. lurky loo here.. with DD2 I was 3cm and 90% at 37 weeks and that didn't change until I went into labor at 39w4d. Even then my water broke and I didn't start dilating more until 12 hours later, after lots of pitocin. The only things I would suggest would be sex and walking!

Go shopping. My sister had a sweep at 38 weeks and was 4 cm dilated. After her appointment I took her grocery shopping. With all the walking around it started to bring on contractions. By 1 pm(4 hours later) she felt them more consistently. She got admitted to hospital at 2 pm and had baby at 8 pm.
