on a personal note, I think this weapon is pretty terrible. a regular twinblade with any blood ash of war is better than that weapon. I leved that weapon to +9 and its still at 54 bleed build up. that is terrible. on any other twinblade that I can add bleed to, the bleed is like 90+. Elenora's does fire and physical with added bleed build up, but the bleed build up is half as much as the Godskin Peeler. That is why you see it less, you burn your enemies to death before they bleed out. you can add bleed affinity to the peeler and not worrying about the rest.
