I just backed up my folder, uninstalled the game, installed again in a new locations, copypasted the backup and overwrote all files, then logged in and everything seems to be working like a charm! Update: The issue continued after reinstall, however, this time my antivirus actually notified me that it stopped the "ffxiv_dx11.exe" from writing the screenshot.png file, telling the AV to allow it resolved the problem.
